RETURNS:

If you're not satisfied with the product and would like to return it for an exchange or a refund, we do free return pickups at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive your email requesting a return, we'll create a pickup request for the product(s). Once the pickup executive collects it, we can either refund your entire amount immediately or process an exchange order.

Our pickup partners are available in all major cities. However, there are a few places where it is not. For such, the customers must ship the product(s) back themselves bearing the expenses.

 

DELIVERY TIME:

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is processed it will be delivered within two to four days (depending on your location). (Expect the order to be delivered to you within 7 to 12 days from the order date). International orders can take longer to arrive.

 

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD IS USED?

We use best courier services like FedEx, Shiprocket, Delhivery and Bluedart.

 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Presently, our shipping services are confined to India.

 

HOW DO I ISSUE AN EXCHANGE?

WHAT IF MY ORDER PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

If you have received a defective/damaged item, we will rectify it immediately. Contact us immediately on our e-mail address to get your issue solved.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

You may return your order within 7 days of delivery. If it's been longer, we can't offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition.

 

 

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

If you made an online payment for your order, we will try our best to refund the full amount within 24 hours post pickup. Maximum timeline for refund is 10 days. If your order is Cash on Delivery, we ask for your UPI # or Bank Details and we can refund within 24 hours post pickup.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

If a cancellation notice is received before we process the order, we will cancel it and refund your amount within 3-7 days or sooner. Unfortunately, once the product has been printed and shipped, we cannot accommodate the cancellation request. The product will then follow its normal lifecycle process.
